Wheel of Balance

I recently sent out a newsletter to my patients talking about a little tool I use to make sure I’m keeping my life in balance. All too often I’ll get too involved in work, or the family, or my own health and wellness. Which are all good things – until one or more areas start to suffer. When I get to feeling out of balance, a simple 10 minute exercise gets me back on track – and leaves me once again feeling empowered to make the necessary changes to get back in balance. Whether it’s needing to leash up the dogs and step away from my computer or head to the children’s museum with a kid or two instead of once again heading to the gym…

Attached is the wheel worksheet I use. I hope it helps you stay balanced. Which seems to be a never-ending process.
